Privacy notice
Privacy notice
This covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information held about employees or about clients under a services agreement, which are dealt with separately.
Who is responsible
Correllatn Ltd is the data controller for information collected here. Write to operations@correllatn.co.uk with any question about this notice or to exercise a right set out below.
What is collected
- Enquiry form
- Your name, email address, organisation and the message you write. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is required beyond those fields.
- Server records
- Our hosting provider records the usual technical details of a request, including IP address, browser and the page requested. These are kept by the provider for security and reliability.
- Nothing else
- There is no analytics on this site, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party content. Nothing you do here is measured or profiled.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a quotation. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a reply. Where an engagement follows, processing is on the basis of the contract. Server records are kept on the basis of legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable site.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site, and our email provider carries your message to us. Neither is given the information for its own purposes. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept under the retention periods in the services agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how it is used, object to its use, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to operations@correllatn.co.uk and you will have a reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Two things this site does not do
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling. Your information is not transferred outside the UK by us, though where our hosting provider's infrastructure sits is a matter for their own notice.
